Set in a beautifully converted house with a large garden and homely, individually decorated playrooms, Adventures is a place where little ones are free to explore, play and grow. We’re just 10 minutes from Newbury Park station, with easy access from the A12 and space outside for drop-offs. The building is fully secure, with fingerprint-recognition entry and CCTV throughout, so you can leave your child with complete peace of mind.

Learning through play, the EYFS way
We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage, helping every child stay safe, stay healthy, enjoy and achieve, make a positive contribution and build the foundations for the future. We set high standards for learning and care, planned around each child’s individual needs and interests.
Children have daily access to our outdoor space whatever the weather, and we weave British values — respect, kindness and understanding of others — into everyday play. The result is genuine curiosity and a love of learning that lasts a lifetime.
Always know how their day went
As a parent, you’re the most important person in your child’s life — and we work in partnership with you every step of the way. Each child has a Tapestry online journal, updated with photos and observations throughout the month, which you can add to from home too. At pick-up, your child’s key person talks you through their day: what they ate, how they slept and what they enjoyed. We also share a monthly newsletter and regular updates on our Facebook page.

Fantastic Nursery, my daughter spent 2 years at the nursery and has thrived! The nursery has a range of weekly activities that have helped my daughter to learn many key abilities. She has become confident and curious whilst being at the nursery. Special thanks to Geeta, Salaha and Hetal!

My son started at the nursery over a year ago now as a baby and at first we were very nervous being first time parents, but we shouldn't have been. He absolutely loves the nursery and the staff and have blown us away with the love they show our son and the time they spend on activities with the children. We get regular updates and photos of the fun he's been having. Once we knew we were having a second we made sure to let the nursery know quickly for a placement, now both are with Adventures and couldn't be happier. The staff here are fantastic!

Brilliant nursery...great care for my precious little one. The staff are fantastic and look after my 1 year old very well...How I can tell...??? Well at the end of the day when I go in to collect my little one she looks happy, clean and not soaking wet unlike in some nurseries. All staff are doing an excellent job especially Geeta and Hetal. I really like the way the staffs summarise what your little one has been doing all day. Highly recommend Adventures Day Nursery. Keep up the good work.👌👍

Brilliant nursery...my little girl is looked after very well. I can go to work in peace knowing that she is in good hands. The staff are loving and caring towards every child and my daughter looks happy, clean and not soaking wet when I collect her...unlike in some nurseries. Great work to all staffs and special thanks to Hetal and Geeta for creating a special bond with Ayla. Keep up the good work. Highly recommend Adventures Day Nursery.

The anguish any parent feels when leaving their precious cargo in care is indescribable. So to be able to leave both my children, is a testament to how amazing this nursery is. All activities are planned, the staff are highly engaging, the nursery lay out is well thought out, weekly food plan is nutritional, access to your child’s progress via Tapestry is regular and so satisfying to read and most of all, my children (2 year and 10 months old) love their carers, and are extremely happy when they arrive and leave. The outstanding rating is truly deserved and hats off to each staff member and the proprietor for looking after our little people and keeping them safe and entertained.

What a fantastic nursery. I went to their open day today & It shows why they were awarded outstanding from ofsted with the amazing activities inside & out giving children the opportunity to explore & learn. The staff & management are very friendly & passionate about the nursery, they answered all questions & made me feel at ease. I would definitely recommend this nursery to anyone looking for child care. It gave me a home from home feeling & that is what your child & patent needs. Also lovely cakes yummy x. Thank you x.

Beyond happy with Adventures Day Nursery and the love and care my little boy receives whilst in their care. The staff go above and beyond, and it really shows when you see how happy the children are here. From the absolute basics to the little touches and added extras, this nursery comes highly recommended.
