Our emphasis is on delivering quality childcare and education.

Our aim is ensuring that fun and laughter is an important part of each day.

We aim to care

We aim to care for children in a manner that is loving, friendly and compassionate in a home from home place with familiar people they can trust. When parents bring their children to us we want them to feel happy and secure in the knowledge that their child is a valued and cherished individual who will have all their needs cared for and is given opportunities to thrive. We value and include parents as part of our everyday practice, encouraging them to embrace being involved in their children’s care and education whilst at nursery.

We aim to care

We strive to create a fun, vibrant and interactive learning environment that delivers the curriculum while the children are
engaged in play. We believe that children learn best and thrive when they are happy, relaxed and taking part in activities they enjoy; we feel this fosters a genuine curiosity and love of learning that can last a lifetime. To achieve this, the nursery will provide a balance of activities that is responsive to the needs and abilities of every child and that is based on both the choices of the children, their individual learning needs along with our aspirations for what they can achieve and what they
may enjoy.

We believe

We believe that good health can and should be promoted from a young age; we provide the children with a varied diet, fresh
air and fun, physical activities in a safe and carefully planned environment. We believe it is of upmost importance that
children have as much access to the outdoor provision as possible; we continually improve and develop our physical environments in order to expose the children to the widest range of appropriate learning materials and situations available.

Empowering Passionate Educators, Nurturing Bright Futures

We want the people who work at Adventures Day Nursery to enjoy each day and to respect the important job that they do. We want the staff to feel valued as individuals and to feel supported in their job roles, personal and professional development. We are committed to retaining and motivating our staff, development and productivity through good management practice, training and a positive work environment.
It is our goal to prepare children for school life, to leave our care with the basic skills needed in order to fully participate in
family and community life in Britain. We actively promote British values to the children, encompassing democracy, the rule
of law, individual liberty, mutual respect and tolerance of those with different faiths and beliefs into our planning and
carrying out of activities with the children on a daily basis.
